Overview
Customers may encounter an error 1722 when installing the Kerio Outlook Connector (KOFF) on Office Pro 2019 with Volume Licensing. Despite attempts to resolve the issue by installing an older version of Office, then installing KOFF, and finally upgrading to the new Office version, the error message may persist.
Solution
To resolve this issue, follow these steps:
- Install a standard version of Office 2019 (not Volume Licensing).
- Run a VB script to update the license.
- Run the KOC_Profile_Config.cmd - it should work fine.
Note: The Kerio Menu from Office may be still not displayed.
