After Upgrading Kerio Connect Server to the Latest Version or upgrading it to a production-quality beta, you want to proceed with Installing Kerio Connect Client on Windows or Installing Kerio Connect Client on macOS via the integration page, however, you are unable to and are getting the below error:

Information

Each Kerio Connect server upgrade is usually accompanied by a new release of the Kerio Connect client. However, there are cases where either no new client is released, or you are using a beta version. Please refer to the section below depending on the scenario you encounter.

Beta versions

Kerio Connect server beta versions generally do not come with a bundled Kerio Connect Client version.

In these cases, the Kerio Connect client installer is either shared separately, and you would need to manually download and install it from the provided locations from Support, or you can simply refer to the GFI Kerio Connect Clients page which contains the latest version of the Kerio Connect client for download and installation.

The integration page in beta versions is not fully implemented, hence requiring the manual download specified above.

Generally available versions
