Overview
This article guides you on how to create an autoresponder mailbox that does not store emails but only processes an auto-reply for every incoming email.
Requirements
Kerio Connect Admin access.
Process
- Login to Kerio Connect admin console.
- Create a new user.
- Double click on the newly created user.
- Go to the Quota tab.
- Select Limit Item Count and enter the item count as
1.
NOTE: The system does not allow 0. - Click OK to apply the changes.
Confirmation
Send a test email message, the sender should receive an auto-reply.
NOTE: The first email we sent is stored since we limited the item count to 1; no emails are stored thereafter though auto-reply is sent on every email.
