Overview
There are situations where you need to replace or recreate the Outlook profile in an end-user machine due to a persistent generic error message when attempting to connect. KOFF may experience user mailbox issues with updating or syncing INBOX items, opposite to Webmail correct synchronization. The Kerio Outlook Connector saves information from the Outlook user on the server-side. This allows a clean recreation of the profile.
Prerequisites
This is considered the clean method of recreating the profiles as it removes the sync configuration from both the client and server-side. Next time when you create an Outlook Profile with the Kerio Connector, it would be a brand-new installation. Use this method for troubleshooting purposes. In a typical scenario, you can follow the regular rebuild procedure.
Solution
Step #1 and Step #6 are to be performed on the client computer with Outlook and the Kerio Connector installed, while Step #2 to Step #5 are to be performed on the server machine with the Kerio Connect installation.
