Overview
Kerio Outlook Connector (Offline Edition) is a Microsoft Outlook extension that you can use to manage your Kerio Connect email, events, contacts, and tasks in Microsoft Outlook.
The Offline Edition synchronizes all changes with Kerio Connect once you reconnect.
This article provides instructions on how to install updates on Kerio Outlook Connector (Offline Edition) automatically.
Solution

Go to the Configuration > Advanced Options section.

Switch to the Software Updates tab.

In the Kerio Outlook Connector (Offline Edition) section, select the Install updates automatically option.
- Click Apply.
Important: If any problem occurs during the upgrade, consult the Debug log. Right-click the Debug log section and select Messages > Update Checker Activity.
Testing
The Windows Outlook clients are receiving an updated version of Kerio Outlook Connector Offline Edition, so-called KOFF, automatically.
Additional Information
When you upgrade or downgrade MS Outlook, you must reinstall the Kerio Outlook Connector manually from Windows apps.
If you upgrade Kerio Connect from 9.2.6 or older versions, KOFF will ask for Admin user credentials. For more information, please refer to Kerio Outlook Connector asks for admin credentials after upgrade to 9.2.7.
