Overview
This article describes the process to follow in order to configure the Drop Duplicate Messages option when receiving multiple unwanted copies of emails.
Process
- Open the Kerio Connect Administration interface.
- Go to Configuration > Delivery > POP3 Download tab.
- Choose the desired account and click on Edit.
- Enable the Drop Duplicate Messages option and click OK
Confirmation
After enabling the Drop Duplicate Messages option, the undesired behavior stops.
