Overview
To manage the Kerio Connect installation, you must obtain a copy of your Kerio Connect Commercial, Trial/Temporary, or GFI Unlimited license key. You require guidance on how to get this license key.
Solution
The method for collecting a copy of your license key will vary based on the type of license key:
- Because of the Licensing policies, all the Commercial license keys are processed through GFI Partners.
- To get the actual license.key file, it's recommended to visit the Kerio Product registration page and follow the license wizard as instructed in Manually Update the Product Registration.
- To get a Trial or Temporary License key, you can register for a Trial using the GFI Website. Visit the downloads page and click the "Try free for 30 days" button under the respective product:
- If you have GFI Unlimited subscription, you can pull the license from GFI Accounts Portal. For more information, please refer to Converting GFI License to Unlimited.
