Overview
The users may receive a KOFMSP.dll
warning while trying to start the Outlook. In such cases, the Kerio Outlook Connector Offline Edition needs to be reinstalled.
KOFF can cause Outlook to freeze or crash with such warning:
"Cannot open the Outlook window. The set of folders cannot be opened. An unexpected error has occurred.
MAPI was unable to load the information service C:\Program Files (x86)\Kerio\Outlook Connector (Offline Edition)\KOFMSP.DLL."
Process
Note: KOFF reinstall should be tried before resetting it from the server-side.

Remove KOFF [Kerio Outlook Connector (Offline Edition)] and the Kerio Updater Service from the Add/Remove Program feature in the Windows Control Panel.
- If the process failed to uninstall, use the KTUninstall tool to remove unnecessary files.

Remove the following folders:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Kerio\UpdaterService

C:\Program Files (x86)\Kerio\Outlook Connector (Offline Edition)
-
C:\Program Files\Kerio\Outlook Connector (Offline Edition)

C:\Users\*user-name*\AppData\Local\Kerio\Outlook Connector

Reboot the client PC.

Download and install KOFF.
Confirmation
The Outlook application is running without any warnings.
