Overview
This article provides the default location of the different store directory folders. The store directories contain users, resources, and public folders. Knowing these locations is essential, especially when troubleshooting.
Information

User mailboxes and public folders are stored in the following directory:
[store]/mail/[domain]/[user]
where
[user]and[domain]are the user and the domain parts of the username, respectively. -
Global (common for all domains) public folders are stored in the directory:
[store]/mail/#public

Domain-specific public folders are stored in the directory:
[store]/mail/[domain]/#public

Archive folders hierarchy is stored in the directory specified during configuration. By default, the archive folder directory is:
[store]/archive

Mailing list archives, messages waiting for moderator's approval, and mailing-list administrative files are stored in:
[store]/lists

Internal files for resources are stored in:
[store]/mail/[domain]/[resource_folder_name]
The store mentioned in the above file paths is the default directory name (could be different if you changed it during install):
