Overview
There is a known issue with sending emails via Activesync on some Samsung phones. There is no issue with receiving emails. Also, emails are being sent successfully using the IMAP email account.
Environment
This issue is known only for Samsung Mail V6.0.01.1, which is now removed from the PlayStore.
Resolution
- Please check the version of the Samsung Mail application installed on your smartphone.
- If the version is 6.0.01.1, please update it to the latest one.
- Sending emails should work fine after the update is complete.
If you experience a general sync issue, please try to remove the account from your phone, remove the mobile device in Kerio Connect and add the account again on the phone.
