Overview
Kerio Connect server is available as a standard installation package for Windows, macOS X, Linux RPM, and Linux Debian. This article details the process of installing Kerio Connect on Windows.
Please make sure your system meets all requirements before starting the installation.
Process

Download the latest version of Kerio Connect.

Run the installer, select the language, and click OK.

Click Next.

Select the setup type and click Next.

Specify the destination folder and click Next.

If the installation wizard detects configuration settings from a previous Kerio Connect installation, choose to either keep or replace the configuration, and click Next.

Click Install.

Click the Finish button on the InstallShield Wizard Completed screen.
Troubleshooting
In the case of corrupted installations, follow the below steps to repair the Kerio Connect installation.

Download and run the installer. Click Next on the welcome screen.

Select the Repair option and click Next.

Select the Keep current configuration option and click Next.

Click Install.

Wait a couple of minutes to complete the repair process, then click Finish.

(Optional) Sometimes, Kerio Connect does not recognize the previous installation (configuration files like mailserver.cfg, users.cfg, etc.). In such cases, it is recommended to move the Configuration (refer to Manual Method of transferring) and Store files outside of the Kerio folder and rerun the installation wizard.
Confirmation
Once the installation is complete, the Kerio Connect engine starts and runs as a service immediately or after the system restarts.
The Kerio Connect installation process is logged in the kerio-connect.setup.log
file located in the %TEMP%
folder.
