Overview
Review logs and get information about certain events, such as error and warning reports and debugging information, specifically when troubleshooting performance issues.
Solution
- Click the Logs icon located on the left side of the Kerio Connect administration interface.
- Click on a log type you want to view. The log entries are displayed in the main window.
- Right-click the main logs window and select Log Settings.
- Specify regular saves of individual logs, the size, and the number of saved files.
You can also enable external logging to a Syslog server.
Information about log settings is recorded in the Config log.

The default location of the log files varies by platform:
- Windows —
C:\Program Files\Kerio\MailServer\store\logs
- Mac OS X —
/usr/local/kerio/mailserver/store/logs
- Linux —
/opt/kerio/mailserver/store/logs
