Overview
The Debug log monitors various kinds of information and is used for problem-solving.
Step-By-Step Guide
- Click on the Logs icon found on the left side of the Kerio Connect administration interface.
- Click on the Debug log type you want to view and the log entries will be displayed on the main window.
- Right click on the main logs window and select Messages.
- Select any option you want to monitor then click OK.
The logs of the selected servers should be displayed in the main window:
Note: Too much information can be confusing and slows Kerio Connect's performance. Switch off the logging after the case has been resolved.
