While trying to update the registration information in the Kerio Connect dashboard, the server returns Unable to continue. The security code or the license number is not entered correctly error.
When trying to register from Product Registration website, the License file is not available error is returned.
However, the license is shown as active and paid status in the GFI Accounts portal, under My Products section.
The license key has specific settings configured on the Kerio Registration backend server. The settings should be propagated manually by the Sales representative.
This might happen if you have a Government (GOV) or Educational (EDU) license type.
- Contact the Sales department depending on your region/location.
- Provide this information in the email:
- License key
- Customer ID
- Full Name
- Email address registered in the license details
The updated license key received from the Sales team is successfully imported into the Kerio Connect Administration.
