Overview
When the Kerio Connect license expires or there is a need to update, register a trial, activate, split, purchase or renew the old license key and software maintenance subscription, the GFI Customer Care team (formerly GFI Sales) should be contacted.
If the license is showing as expired, you may receive "License expired", "Software Maintenance is expired" or "Unathorized" errors.

Prerequisites
Be prepared to provide the following information:
- The name and company of the person who purchased the license
- Your license key
- The purchased date
- The invoice issued by your GFI Sales Partner
