You want to automatically send emails to users when there is some event related to their Kerio Connect account. This could be when their user account is created, any attribute on their account is modified, etc. This would require the creation of templates for each of these scenarios.
- Kerio Connect currently doesn't support a feature where certain user-related events can trigger a customized email (using a pre-defined email/letter template with free text) to the user informing them about the event.
Eg: When creating user accounts in Kerio Connect, the account creation process can be templated. However, no email is automatically sent to the user when the account creation is done.
