Overview
You have sent an email with one or more recipients in the Blind Carbon Copy (BCC) field. When you open the sent email in Microsoft Outlook, the BCC field is not seen. However, when you look at the email source, the BCC field is seen.
Solution
- This issue happens when you are connected to the Kerio Connect email account from Outlook using the Exchange ActiveSync (EAS) protocol.
- In order to see the BCC field in Outlook, connect to the Kerio Connect email account using any of the other possible connection methods from Outlook - Office 365, POP, IMAP, or Kerio Connect (KOC Offline Edition).
- The BCC field will also be visible if you login to Webmail and look at the same sent email.
