Overview
When sending emails from Microsoft Outlook with Kerio Outlook Connector Offline Edition (KOFF) extension, if there are invalid email addresses in the recipients' list, then, the email notification related to failure to deliver the email is sent to a wrong account (one of the recipients' account rather than the sender's account). This happens when more than one account is added to the same Outlook profile and at least one of them is using KOFF. Due to this, the same email is also received more than once by some recipients.
Solution
Below are various independent solutions that can be implemented as per your requirements:
- Create a Profile in Microsoft Outlook Manually for each user account that you want to add using KOFF. Hence, only one account will be added per profile.
- Configure an Exchange ActiveSync (EAS) Profile in Outlook and add the accounts. This will support emails, contacts, and calendars in Outlook for several users without any restrictions of KOFF.
- Add the accounts to Outlook using IMAP. This will support only emails and not calendars and contacts.
