Overview
When a user is logging in to Kerio Connect Webmail or accessing their Calendar in Webmail, either of the below errors is seen:
Failed to get instance - no instance with ID
keriostorage://occurrence/<domain-name>/<username>/<some-ID>/nnn/<timestamp>
Failed to get an occurrence, there is no occurrence of ID
keriostorage://occurrence/<domain-name>/<username>/<some-ID>/nnn/<timestamp>
Solution
Note: As a part of the below steps, whenever renaming index.fld
file to index.bad
, also rename the search.fld
file to search.bad
.
- If the issue is seen only when the user is accessing the Calendar folder, then, re-index only the Calendar folder and verify if the issue is no longer there.
- If the issue persists and/or the issue is seen when the user is logging in, then, re-index all of the user's folders.
