Overview
Webmail is stuck at 'Initializing' page, and taking too long to log in.
Solution
- Please check if any of the folder contains more than 10000 items for the affected user
- For a quick-fix solution, you can manually re-index such affected folder for that user as per the process in Errors seen when User is Accessing Kerio Connect Mailbox
- Note: You will need to stop the Kerio Connect service for few minutes
- For a long-term solution, please split those folders into smaller subfolders
