Overview
You need to extend an expiring license or modify your Kerio Connect License, such as changing the number of User Seats, merging two license keys, or having questions about your Renewal cost changes. You require guidance on how best to make these changes to your license.
Solution
All requests related to making changes to the Kerio Connect license, except for changing the associated OS, fall within the scope of the GFI Partner, Distributor, or GFI Sales directly. Kerio Connect Support cannot help make these changes.
You should provide the license key number to the GFI Partner or Sales representative to request the license update. The right team to contact for making the desired modification or extension will depend on the type of license:
- All end-customer license extensions or modifications are handled directly by GFI Sales Partner. If the end-customer doesn't have a Reseller/Distributor, it's recommended to contact GFI Sales directly.
- If a Reseller wants to renew a license, they need to contact their Distributor. If the Distributor is willing to extend the license, it's advised to Find the nearest Partner, or GFI Sales can be contacted directly.
- NFR license keys are only reserved for partner use, and the conditions for their extension are handled differently. Please refer to GFI Partner Not For Resale (NFR) Subscription Information for more information.
Note: All modification requests related to User Seats, Merge Requests, and Renewal Cost are handled directly by authorized GFI partners.
