Error
While trying to set up Two-Factor Authentication in Kerio Connect v9.4, the following error pops-up:
error that says Failed to configure 2FA, error code: TFAANoSetupError. :
Failed to configure 2FA, error code: TFAANoSetupError.
Root Cause
Two-Factor Authentication was introduced in Kerio Connect v9.4. This error would only appear in this environment. It usually appears due to an outdated Kerio Active Directory Extensions (KADE) installation.
Solution
To resolve this, please upgrade that to the latest version of KADE on the Active Directory server(s).

Once you install the current version of KADE, please follow the steps in Enabling Two-Factor Authentication in Kerio Connect to set up 2FA again.
