Overview

You have set up Journal Mailbox for Kerio Connect to send all emails to a remote email address. However, you can not see the emails in the Sent Items folder of the remote email address that you have selected as the archive email address.

Information

All emails, including the sent emails, are archived in the Inbox folder. You will be able to see all emails from different folders in the Inbox of the journal account. Kindly refer to Integrating Kerio Connect with GFI Archiver for details about the journal mailbox.
