Including/Excluding Specific Email Users from Archiving

Overview

You want to include or exclude only certain email addresses from archiving due to some policies and/or restrictions in your company.

There is currently no functionality to exclude specific email addresses.
You can submit a feature request on the GFI Community portal for the same.
Kerio Connect provides the archiving feature to archive:
- Whole server
- Individual domains
- Different types of messages (see below)
- Chat/XMPP messages
The types of messages to archive can also be selected by using the below options:

Message type	Description
Local messages	Messages sent by a local sender to a local recipient
Incoming messages	Messages sent by a remote sender to a local recipient
Outgoing messages	Messages sent by a local sender to a remote recipient
Relayed messages	Messages sent by a remote sender to a remote recipient
