Overview
When creating a new user in Kerio Connect, the user is created only in the domain that was selected and has a mailbox in that domain only.
Information
- Kerio Connect treats each user as a different entity. Thus, when a user is created, it is bound to the domain in which it was created.
- If the same person needs access to a different domain on the same Kerio Connect server, then, another user needs to be created manually on the new domain. This new user will have a different mailbox and thus, a different email address, password, etc., and will be independent of the user in the previous domain.
