Overview
Customers running Kerio Connect version 10.0.9P1 may experience issues currently under investigation by the Engineering team. As a temporary workaround, customers should downgrade to the previous stable version, Kerio Connect 10.0.8P2, until the upcoming release (10.0.9P2) becomes available.
The Engineering team is actively working on the fix and ensuring the new version is thoroughly tested before public release. At this time, there is no confirmed release date for version 10.0.9P2.
This workaround is recommended to restore system stability while minimizing further impact to customer environments.
