Emails Are Missing in Outlook when using Exchange Active Sync with Kerio Connect

Overview

You found that some emails are missing in Outlook with Exchange ActiveSync - the number of emails in Inbox or another folder is different compared to the Webmail client.

Solution

We recommend using KOFF with Outlook instead of EAS, which resolved the issue with missing emails and email sync for other customers.

  1. Delete user Mobile devices (Outlook exchange) profile from Kerio admin interface if it is present.
  2. Remove Outlook profile for the user.
  3. Install KOFF
  4. Create KOFF Profile in Windows
