Overview

 

Messages delivered to Kerio Connect Client are stored in the Inbox folder. If you have additional folders, you can move the messages from the Inbox folder to these additional folders.

Step-By-Step Guide

 

There are three ways you can move email messages from your Inbox folder to other folders:

• Dragging the messages
• Using the Context Menu
• Creating filters

 

Option 1: Drag Messages to Additional Folders

You can drag and drop messages from the Inbox to the destination folder.

 

Option 2: Use the Context Menu

Note: The Context Menu is a new functionality in Kerio Connect 8.5.

1. In the Inbox folder, right-click the message that you want to move.
2. From the pop-up Context Menu, select Move and then select a destination folder.
   
   

 

1. Mark the checkbox for "Move also future messages from..." to create a filter rule for messages from the same sender.
   
   

 

Option 3: Create Filters

You can also create filters to automatically sort email messages into different folders, according to specific conditions.
