Sorting Emails Within a Folder

Overview

In Kerio Connect Client, users can sort messages according to various criteria. Custom sorting order may cause display issues for new unread emails, as emails will be shown by header info, i.e. Subject, size, priority, etc, but not by Received date.

Kerio Connect Client remembers the set preferences for each individual folder, this article describes the process.

Solution

When the message preview pane is on the right:

  1. Open the Kerio Connect Client.
  2. Go to the needed folder to sort the messages.
  3. Click the sorting icon Screen_Shot_2018-11-12_at_4.33.05_PM.png  located in the bar at the bottom of the screen.
  4. Choose how to sort the messages from the available options.
  5. To sort messages in the reversed order, repeat the same procedure. For example, when sorting messages by date, with the most recent showing on top, click Date again to list them with the oldest on top.
