Overview

To make messages deliverable, administrators must specify a DNS name of the server where Kerio Connect is installed, this is known as the Internet hostname. This article describes the steps to configure it.

Note: If Kerio Connect is running behind NAT (Network Address Translation), use the Internet hostname of the firewall.

Process

1. On the Kerio Connect administration console, go to Configuration.
   
   
   
   
2. Go to Domains and click on Internet Hostname located on the lower right side of the interface.
   
   
   
   
3. Enter the internet hostname and click on OK.
   
   
   
   
4. Click on Internet Hostname again to ensure it reflects the newly entered hostname.

Confirmation

The Internet Hostname reflects the previously entered hostname.
