Overview
To make messages deliverable, administrators must specify a DNS name of the server where Kerio Connect is installed, this is known as the Internet hostname. This article describes the steps to configure it.
Note: If Kerio Connect is running behind NAT (Network Address Translation), use the Internet hostname of the firewall.
Process
- On the Kerio Connect administration console, go to Configuration.
- Go to Domains and click on Internet Hostname located on the lower right side of the interface.
- Enter the internet hostname and click on OK.
- Click on Internet Hostname again to ensure it reflects the newly entered hostname.
Confirmation
The Internet Hostname reflects the previously entered hostname.
