This article provides information about possible stability issues with Kerio Outlook Connector (KOFF) and the latest Office 365 versions for Windows 7.
Information
According to the official MS manual, Office 365 for Windows 7 will be supported until January 14, 2020. Our recommendation would be to upgrade the PCs to Windows 10 as they are fully supported, and in case of any issues, our Engineering team would investigate the issue and, if proved a bug, would release a fix.
