Overview

You are trying to upgrade KOFF (Kerio Outlook Connector - Offline Edition) on your Windows XP computers, but you are unable to do so. Outlook crashes saying MAP was unable to load KOFMSP.DLL

Solution

Please note that Windows XP is not officially supported. You can try following the steps in Reinstalling Kerio Outlook Connector as these can sometimes resolve issues related to that DLL.

Should reinstalling KOFF fail to resolve the issue, the only possible solution will be to upgrade the user's OS to a supported one (at least Windows 7).
