Overview:

This article describes how to authenticate users through PAM in Kerio Connect. On Linux, you can authenticate users from a specific domain against the Linux system. The Kerio Connect installation package includes a configuration file for the Kerio-connect PAM service. You can locate the file under /etc/pam.d/Kerio-connect.

Process

Follow the below steps to configure the PAM authentication:

1. In the administration interface, go to Configuration > Domains.
2. Double-click on the domain.
3. On the Advanced tab, type the name of the PAM service.
4. Click on OK.
