Creating Outgoing Rules in Message Filters

Overview

Kerio Connect applies outgoing rules to all the messages that Kerio Connect sends to the local or remote recipients. These rules are applied after the Incoming rules and before the User filters in Kerio Connect Client.

This article explains the process of creating the outgoing rules in Kerio Connect.

Please note that all message filters (server and client side) will only work against email addresses. Using message filters against display names will not work.
To specify multiple email addresses, use a comma (,) or a semi-colon (;).
Regular expressions, question marks (?), and asterisk symbols (*) are not supported in placeholders.
  5. Specify the actions.

NOTE: You can use placeholders for header values, e.g., ${size} for message size, ${subject} for message subject, etc.

  6. (Optional) Select the Stop any other rules option.
    • The rules are processed from the top.
    • If the message matches the rule, no other rules are processed.

  8. Click Apply.
