Configuring the Drop Duplicate Messages Option

Overview

This article describes the process to follow in order to configure the Drop Duplicate Messages option when receiving multiple unwanted copies of emails.

 

Process

  1. Open the Kerio Connect Administration interface.
  2. Go to Configuration > Delivery > POP3 Download tab.

  1. Choose the desired account and click on Edit.
  2. Enable the Drop Duplicate Messages option and click OK

Confirmation

After enabling the Drop Duplicate Messages option, the undesired behavior stops.
